Quarrymen, Johnny and the Moondogs, The Beatles Silver and finally The Beatles remain as the name of this incredible British group that began their journey in 1962 and ended in 1970, but the legacy of The Beatles will be transcendent as before, due to Albums like Sgt. Pepper Lonley Hearts Club, Let It Be, Abbey Road and many songs that will live in our hearts of the Beatles forever.
Oh the early decade of 50s, Rock & Roll sweetie! The king Elvis was perform his songs for the entirely world and thanks to his music our lovely John Lennon wants to became the best and most famous artist on Earth but for that he needed a hallucinating group to dominate the new decade that was near, so for that reason our lovely Johnny and his friend Peter form The Quarrymen that started with little shows around Liverpool, as sign in 1957 in a show of The Quarrymen, Peter introduced Paul McCartney to Lennon on that show and it was the beginning of a new era for the music.
Months after that meeting, George Harrison appeared with only sixteen years old and extraordinary guitar skills to add some talent to the group also at the same time they incorporated a bass guitarist, Stuart whom added the hairstyle and suits for the know band as Johnny and the moondogs, then it changed to The silver Beatles; with tours around Liverpool and Hamburgo and having a new member in the group, Peter Best on the drums it was a dream come true, but this german experience end with the deportation of George for being a minor and then Paul and Peter for bad behavior, we thought John was the bad guy...
The Beatles return to Germany on 1961 with a new name and notable losses after Peter Best quit the band, but don't worry it was the best that could happened because thanks to the quitclaim from Pete they found the irreplaceable and playful Ringo Starr, the legendary drummer in Hamburgo that was in a different band at that time until the arrived of The Beatles. He add his original rhythm to The Beatles. So at this time we had John, Paul, George, Stuart and Ringo on the The Beatles until the tragedy caught them in 1962 when Stuart pass away leaving four Beatles left playing the songs that Lennon and McCartney wrote.
After playing in several clubs they arrived to "The Cavern" where Brian Epstein discovered The Beatles and hired George Martin for record Love me do, that was succesful, on 1963 The Beatles recorded please please me, From me to you and she loves you, reaching the number one and beginning the beatlemania with I want to hold your hand in America.
Oh yeah! i almost forgot it in 1968 Paul wrote My dear Martha in honor to Martha his dog.
Thanks!
